These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and House of Sultan (a brand operated under Indian law). We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Apparel Fragrances: All House of Sultan fragrances are formulated and marketed as apparel fragrances intended for application on clothing and textiles, not directly on skin.

Performance Claims: We make specific claims about longevity (10-12 hours), projection, and sillage when used as directed on clothing. These claims are based on testing under Indian climate conditions (30-45°C). Individual results may vary based on fabric type, application method, and environmental conditions.

No Skin Application: While our products use IFRA-approved ingredients, we do not recommend or endorse skin application. Any skin application is done at your own risk. We are not liable for any allergic reactions, irritation, or adverse effects from skin contact.

Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment: Payment must be received in full before order processing. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount.

Order Limits: We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior authorization.

Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility, though we will assist with carrier claims where possible.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

Our return policy is detailed in our Refund & Return Policy. Returns are accepted only for performance-based issues (defects, damage, or failure to meet stated performance claims) within 7 days of delivery.

Subjective preferences, scent dislikes, or changes of mind are not valid return reasons. All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny refunds for products that do not meet our return conditions or show signs of excessive use.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, fragrance formulations, and software, is the property of House of Sultan and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent. The House of Sultan name, logo, and product names are trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may violate trademark law.

Fragrance Formulations: All fragrance formulations, ingredient combinations, and manufacturing processes are proprietary trade secrets. Reverse engineering, analysis, or replication of our products for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Dispute Resolution Process: Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at sultanscentsco@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We commit to responding to dispute resolution requests within 7 business days.

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws. Each party bears their own arbitration costs.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and House of Sultan regarding use of our website and products.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
