We stand behind our product quality. If you receive a defective, damaged, or significantly underperforming product, you get your money back.
The 7-Day Window
You have 7 days from delivery to try the fragrance. Wear it on your clothing. Test it in different conditions. See how it performs in Indian climate.
If it doesn't meet our performance claims, you can return it. But there are conditions.
The Conditions
1. Maximum 2ml Used
That's roughly 20-25 sprays. Enough to test properly, not enough to finish the bottle and ask for a refund. We check.
2. Valid Return Reasons Required
We accept returns for product defects and quality issues, not preferences:
- • Physical defects: Leaking bottle, broken atomizer, damaged packaging
- • Quality issues: Off smell (sour, chemical, rancid), separated liquid, unusual discoloration
- • Significantly underperforming: Fragrance disappears within 2-3 hours on clothing (when product states 8+ hours)
- • Wrong product sent: Received different fragrance than ordered
- • Delivery damage: Clearly damaged or tampered during shipping
Not accepted: “I don't like the scent”, “not what I expected”, “too strong/weak for my taste”, or “doesn't suit my style.” Scent preference is personal. Drop 001 is our launch collection—sample sets will be available with future releases.
3. Original Packaging Required
Return it in the box it came in. We don't need perfection, but we need the bottle, cap, and box intact.
4. One Return Per Customer
You get one return. Use it wisely. If you're buying multiple fragrances and aren't sure, start with one. This isn't a free sampling program.
How It Works
Email Us
Send an email to sultanscentsco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Subject line: "Return Request - [Order Number]"
Describe the Issue
Tell us what's wrong: Is the bottle leaking? Does it smell off? Did it fade in 2 hours? We need specifics—defects and quality issues, not just "I don't like it."
Get Return Approval
Once approved, we'll provide you with our return address and instructions. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
Ship It Back
Pack the bottle (with at least 48ml remaining) in its original box and ship it back using your preferred courier. Keep your tracking number.
Inspection & Refund
We'll inspect the bottle within 3 business days. If it meets the conditions, you'll get a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
What's Not Covered
- •Fragrances with more than 2ml used (we measure the remaining volume)
- •Returns after 7 days from delivery date
- •Damaged bottles due to mishandling (we can tell the difference between shipping damage and user damage)
- •Returns without completing the feedback form
- •Second returns from the same customer
- •Discovery Set samples (final sale)
Why We Do This
Most brands either don't allow returns on apparel fragrances or make it so difficult you give up. We think that's wrong.
We use premium ingredients—French oils, IFRA-approved materials, quality over shortcuts. If you receive a defective product, something that smells wrong, or a fragrance that genuinely underperforms (not just “weaker than Dior Sauvage”), we'll make it right.
But here's the truth: we won't add cheap synthetic extenders just to hit “12-hour longevity.” Fresh citrus fragrances naturally fade faster than heavy ouds. That's perfumery, not a defect.
Personal preference isn't a defect. For Drop 001, we recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully. Discovery Sets (2ml samples) will be available with future shop releases—not with limited drops.
