How long does shipping take?
We ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 days for other locations.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like it?
Returns are accepted only for defects and quality issues within 7 days. Subjective preferences are not valid. Drop 001 doesn't include samples—Discovery Sets will be available with future shop releases.
Are these fragrances suitable for sensitive skin?
Our fragrances are formulated as apparel fragrances for application on clothing. While we use IFRA-approved ingredients, we recommend wearing them on textiles rather than directly on skin.
How should I store my fragrance?
Store in the original box away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep in a cool, stable environment (15-25°C). Proper storage maintains fragrance quality and longevity.
Do you offer samples?
Discovery Sets (2ml samples) are not available for Drop 001. They will be offered with future regular shop releases to help you test before purchasing full bottles.
What's your cancellation policy?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After shipping, cancellations follow our standard return policy.
