Fresh fragrances have a problem—they smell incredible for 30 minutes, then vanish. You're forced to reapply by lunch. Or worse, you stop noticing it altogether.
The Solution
Rustam was the fragrance I was most nervous about. I refused to launch something that would disappoint. So I did what the original perfumers do—I went back to naturals. Real Italian grapefruit. Real Indian ginger. Real pink pepper. A touch of saffron for depth.

About Maceration & Drops
House of Sultan releases fragrances in two formats:
Drops — small-batch releases that may ship earlier in their maturation cycle.
These retain full performance but continue to smooth and deepen over time.
Core Collection — fully rested formulations that have completed extended maceration before release.
These have reached their final development stage.
Both meet our performance standards. The difference is in texture, not longevity.
Note: Not all fragrances from drops will make it to the regular shop. Some may be reformulated, improved, or discontinued entirely based on feedback and performance.

About Drop 001 and how we do things differently
Yes and No. The fragrances may return to our regular shop, but the Drop 001 pricing won't. There's also no guarantee all three will make it—we might reformulate, improve, or discontinue one based on feedback. The "first edition" discount and this exact formulation? That's only for Drop 001.
Because this is a test. Not of the fragrances—we spent months perfecting those. This is a test of you. Do people still care about quality over hype? Will 250 bottles sell, or will they sit? If they sell, we make more. If they don't, we learn and improve. No mass production. No warehouses full of unsold inventory. Just intentional drops.
Could be days. Could be weeks. We're not artificially creating urgency—the 250 bottle limit is real. When Rustam hits zero, it's gone. Check the stock counters on each product. That's live data, not marketing.
Not for Drop 001. Sampling defeats the purpose of small-batch drops. But we do have a 7-day return policy with conditions (max 2ml used). It's not a "no questions asked" policy—we need your honest feedback to improve our formulas. Check our refund policy for full details.

Give it time to settle. Then spray on a tissue, let it dry, and smell throughout the day. That's when you'll get the true fragrance profile.
Yes. New atomizers need priming. Do 3-5 test sprays into the air first. This clears air from the tube and gets the fragrance flowing properly. After that, you'll get consistent, strong sprays every time.

Absolutely. Each 50ml bottle is TSA-compliant for carry-on. The glass is thick enough to survive your luggage but light enough not to add bulk. We've taken these through 15+ flights during testing. They hold up.
